Our “Old Pit” BBQ Sauce is a vinegar based South Georgia Style BBQ Sauce. On the farm it was simply known as “Soppin’ Sauce” since it was utilized to “sop” it on the meat as it was smoking on the old-style concrete pits. Today, we use it as a traditional BBQ Sauce on all of our Red Dirt inspired creations. So no matter what you’re cooking, you’ll have a taste and feel of the South Georgia “Old Pit”.
